This course is a commitment of 200 classroom hours total over 7 months. There are seven modules included, taught over seven long weekends at the Yoga Bar studio, 56 Spires Lane.

Enrollment in this training includes all in-person classes, your teacher manual and pose manual, as well as unlimited classes at Yoga Bar during the course.
Are you ready?

The minimal requirement is a regular yoga practice, preferably a year or more, and an understanding of the basics of asanas, or movements.

Drishti School of Yoga is an accredited Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Once you complete the requirements, which includes 200 hours of classroom attendence, outside reading, the final written and teaching exam, you will apply for your 200 YTT certification through Yoga Alliance.

The fee for the program is $3200. There is a $200 deposit that you will submit with your application. The balance is broken up into (3) $1000 payments due in August, October, and December.
Early Bird rate if paid in full by August 1 is $3000.

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS
Dr. Lesa Klein
500 RYT, 200 E-RYT, YACEP
Dr. Lesa Klein will lead the 200 hour teacher training.
Lesa comes from a 30 year health care career as on primary care optometrist. During her career, she provided care to multi-generations
in her family practice. For 10 years she was adjunct clinical professor at UM-St. Louis School of Optometry in the Pediatric and Functional Optometry Department. With a keen understanding of vision and the brain, her approach to care for her patients was functional and compassionate. She lectured in pediatrics, primary care and special populations.
Lesa brings a strong background in anatomy and physiological science. Combined with her 10 years of teaching all levels of yoga, she is excited and qualified to bring this 200 hour curriculum to the Santa Rosa Beach community.
Lesa will be joined by the entire staff of Yoga Bar. Each teacher will bring their authentic, individual expertise to the seven-module course.
Guest lecturers will also join in at different points throughout the series.
