Ayurvedic Workshop

Ayurveda, the "science of life" is a traditional Indian medical system that focuses on maintaining balance and harmony within the body. 

It emphasizes holistic care, personalized treatments, and preventive measures to promote health and well-being. 

This 2 hour workshop will explain the ideas of a balanced body, with food and exercise.  You will learn your personal 'dosha' and learn how to balance your dosha with diet and lifestyle.  Best of all, you will be treated to a wonderful, healthy, 5 course meal.
